Bezos Academy is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support across various platforms, facilitating the growth of technology services while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Key duties include resolving end-user technical issues across SaaS and PaaS, building documentation, workflows, and automation, and enhancing team culture and policy development.
Skills: Proven experience in IT support, familiarity with both Mac and Windows environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of programming/scripting languages.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years in IT support; experience with Microsoft Office 365; and exceptional communication skills.
Location: Flexible in the United States; ability to work on Eastern Time zone (availability 9am – 5pm ET)
Compensation: $36 - $71 / Hourly

As part of a small, high-impact team, you’ll work at every level—from designing workflows and building automation to providing strategic and operational support. Your contributions will help establish the foundation for Technology Services, not only in terms of the tools we use, but also through policy development and team culture.
