The Principal AI Engineer, Enterprise AI is a senior individual contributor role responsible for architecting and implementing agentic AI workflows that power BetterUp’s next-generation AI-enabled enterprise platform. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI engineering, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integration, bridging cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and Salesforce Agentforce with BetterUp’s proprietary data and systems.
As a technical and thought leader, you will design, prototype, and productionize intelligent agents that automate complex business processes, enhance human decision-making, and unlock new forms of productivity across our enterprise ecosystem. You will work hands-on to connect models, APIs, and data pipelines into cohesive, secure, and scalable AI systems that operate across CRM, HRIS, and analytics environments.

The base salary range for the role is $232,000 to $366,000.
