Responsibilities
- Lead internal discovery to surface unmet needs, workflow inefficiencies, and high-impact use cases for technology.
- Evaluate technologies and vendors through stakeholder engagement, fit assessment, and use-case identification.
- Design and guide execution of technology experiments and pilots aligned with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Security, Transformation, and Product on vetting, risk analysis, and implementation planning.
- Develop business cases and post-pilot recommendations to support scaling and adoption decisions.
- Track, synthesize, and report learnings from startup engagements, pilot outcomes, and vendor evaluations to senior leadership.
- Participate in market and startup due diligence and support events and learning forums focused on engagement and content quality.
Education
- Master's degree or equivalent required
- Background in business, real estate, finance, technology, or related field preferred
