Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of data engineers and analysts, setting priorities and providing technical guidance.
- Execute high‑leverage analytics projects personally, especially cross‑functional initiatives across product, customer success, and field teams.
- Define and maintain a roadmap of high‑impact data work supporting product insights and internal operations.
- Act as the connective tissue between product data and customer‑facing teams to integrate insights across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and deliver analytical work that informs concrete business and product decisions.
- Champion data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor across team deliverables.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative or life sciences field preferred but not required
