Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify product growth opportunities and drive improvements in core business metrics
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments and apply causal inference methods to evaluate product changes
- Define and maintain key product performance metrics and build scalable dashboards for monitoring
- Develop clear data visualizations and narratives to communicate insights to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
- Lead large-scale analytics projects that deliver measurable business impact
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other teams to integrate data-driven decision-making into processes
- Establish and promote standard methods and best practices for analytics and experimentation
- Mentor and influence other data scientists and stakeholders to foster a data-informed culture
Education
- PhD or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or natural sciences)
- 6-10+ years of experience developing and deploying predictive models and analytics in product contexts
