About the Role
We are hiring a GTM Operations Associate to work with Jared Klee, our Head of Revenue. As GTM employee #3, you will work across sales, success, partnerships, and operations as we build the foundation of the revenue organization with a maniacal focus on making our clients successful.
This is a true startup position - we are looking for someone who loves to work through ambiguous problems while being able to drive excellent execution of the smallest details. You can work seamlessly across departments, influencing without authority, and have a bias to action.
Short term, success means you’re helping shape and grow our GTM organization, filling in the gaps, and building the foundation. Within 6-12 months, you will likely own a GTM function.
What you will accomplish
Current team priorities include:
Scale sales operations. We're among the few startups with GENIUS Act compliant stablecoin capabilities and market demand is pulling us to grow rapidly.
Build client success infrastructure for Fortune 500 enterprises on multiyear implementations involving millions of users.
Harden GTM tooling so we can efficiently scale, drive feedback into Product and Engineering, and continue to wow our clients.
Backgrounds
We are taking an open-minded approach to hiring for this position. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action will be every bit as important as experience for someone to be successful in the position.
Backgrounds that will likely thrive in this role:
Recovering founders, even if it didn’t work out as planned.
Previously built operations, success, or sales from 0-1 at B2B companies.
The road-less-traveled background that includes consulting, bizops, and many experiences in between.
