You Have:
8+ years of experience performing in-depth and complex software systems programming and analysis to DMDC
Experience with HSM, virtualization, and containerization
Knowledge of SharePoint applications and backend service operations
Ability to design architectures, including the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements, and provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces
Ability to ensure systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems and DoD architectures
Ability to determine and identify high-level functional and technical requirements based on the enterprise architecture and interactions with the user community
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics

Experience leading or supervising a team and working as part of an integrated product team to deliver services to customers
Ability to conduct in-depth technical and non-technical conversations concerning work
Ability to convey technical and non-technical discussions into easily understandable and grammatically correct written documentation
Ability to work and lead under pressure in a complex and changing technical environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Security+ Certification or equivalent

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
