On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of DoD programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like work breakdown structures and integrated master schedules and regular interactions with integrated product team stakeholders, project officers, and senior leaders.

You Have:
Experience in an engineering discipline such as systems or mechanical engineering
Experience performing engineering analysis on systems and components
Experience deriving various types of requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications, to guide development and implementation
Experience in the development and analysis of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Knowledge of risk management process and tool set
Ability to develop and execute test plans and analyze results
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of engineering software tools, including Pro Engineer or CREO CAD, or tools sets such as SolidWorks, C++, MATLAB, and ANSYS
Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle
Knowledge of artillery and mortar systems
Ability to lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) discussions and present findings to senior leaders
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
