Demand Generation Lead, Pressable

Pressable is a managed WordPress hosting platform within the Automattic family, serving agencies, developers, and mid-market customers with performance-focused hosting and support. They are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Lead to own the campaign calendar, plan and launch full-funnel and ABM-style campaigns, and drive qualified pipeline in close partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops.

Skills

  • 4+ years leading integrated demand generation in B2B SaaS or similar environment
  • Proven experience owning campaign calendars tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Hands-on execution across paid media, email, landing pages, webinars, and content
  • Experience designing and running ABM or account-targeted motions
  • Comfort with competitive campaigns and sales-aligned activation
  • Familiarity with analytics, attribution, and tools like HubSpot and GA4
  • Strong project management and agency/vendor management skills
  • Practical experience using AI to speed ideation and analysis

Responsibilities

  • Own the quarterly campaign calendar and prioritize campaigns tied to ICPs, product priorities, and sales needs.
  • Plan and execute segmented and ABM-style campaigns for agencies, developers, and mid-market buyers.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution across paid media, email, content, landing pages, webinars, events, and sales enablement.
  • Design and run competitive, win-back, and conquest campaigns that accelerate late-stage pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales to provide campaign context, assets, and follow-up workflows to translate campaign engagement into opportunities.
  • Define campaign success metrics and partner with Ops to measure MQL/SQL contribution, pipeline value, conversion rates, and CAC.
  • Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure launch readiness.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, creative testing, personalization, and performance analysis.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in digital marketing, analytics, or ABM preferred
