Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Sell, close, and execute social and catering business to meet revenue goals.
  • Lead and develop the CS and SESM teams—think coach, mentor, motivator.
  • Partner cross-functionally with F&B, Banquets, and Sales to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Manage forecasts, budgets, and market trends like a revenue rockstar.
  • Ensure every detail is covered—from BEOs to banquet standards to thank-you notes.
  • Keep us ahead of the curve with continuous process improvements and client engagement.


What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years in hotel catering & event services – Because excellence comes from experience.
  • Team leadership background – You Will inspire and elevate a team to bring their A-game.
  • Strong tech skills (Delphi.fdc/CI-TY & Microsoft Office) – So you can focus on people, not paperwork.
  • Forecasting and budget savvy (ProfitSage, ProfitSword a plus) – You Will own the numbers like a CFO-in-training.
  • Excellent communicator – Clear, kind, and confident with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Valid driver’s license & some travel flexibility – Because great business sometimes means hitting the road.
