Skills
- Proficiency with IAM technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Saviynt)
- Experience with ServiceNow and SharePoint for access/workflow management
- Hands-on vendor management and vendor security review experience
- Understanding of security principles and compliance frameworks (SOC, SOX)
- Experience with access recertifications and privileged access controls
- Familiarity with physical security systems (access control, video surveillance)
- Strong written and verbal communication; cross-department collaboration
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding, offboarding and access lifecycle for third parties
- Evaluate vendor requests and perform security reviews to ensure policy compliance
- Maintain vendor access controls and enforce the vendor management policy
- Improve vendor processes and deliver training on vendor management as needed
- Oversee user lifecycle: employee onboarding, offboarding and transfers
- Manage access to applications, file shares and systems and administer IAM tools
- Perform periodic access recertifications and manage privileged access
- Support audit and compliance efforts, assist with audit requests and reporting
- Manage physical access control and video surveillance platforms
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems or related field
