Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for experienced Civil Engineer to manage site development projects for commercial, industrial, and multi-family developments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site development projects from concept through completion
- Oversee Engineers and CAD Designers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Serve as the primary client liaison
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or transferable license
- 10+ years of relevant civil/site development experience
- 1–2+ years as a Project Manager or daily task lead
- Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and stormwater modeling software
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with municipalities or MUD districts is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- This role offers a salary of $125,000 - $150,000 Per Year
