Ascend Learning is seeking an FP&A Manager to provide insightful analysis and reporting to optimize financial results across multiple brands, working closely with business leadership and senior finance executives.
Responsibilities: You will manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, develop reporting dashboards, and prepare financial reports to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Skills: Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects, with a focus on collaborative and results-oriented work.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, along with 6+ years of FP&A experience. Knowledge of technology and digital learning is a plus.
Location: This position is hybrid, located in either Leawood, Kansas, or Burlington, Massachusetts.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $130,000.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an FP&A Manager you will be critical to the finance team and a key partner for multiple Ascend brands. You will interact with business leadership to provide insightful analysis and reporting to optimize the financial results of these brands. You will frequently interact with senior finance executives including the CFO. You will produce important deliverables in support of Board presentations, senior team meetings, and other critical Finance and business materials.
