Responsibilities: Lead product strategy and roadmap for Custom Block, prioritizing features for design freedom and engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams for intuitive tool development.
Skills: Strong product management experience, knowledge of creative tools and interactive design, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications: 8+ years in product management, experience with design systems and understanding of learning workflows; familiarity with platforms like Figma and Canva is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $154,600 to $204,898 for all U.S. locations. This range represents our good faith expectation of what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on factors including (but not limited to) skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, education, and other business and organizational needs.
