- 3+ years experience in event and facilities or workplace management
- Hands-on maintenance and operational troubleshooting skills
- Strong vendor management and contract accountability
- Proven cross-functional communication with engineering/IT/operations
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing scalable processes and automations
- Cost-conscious approach to sourcing and vendor solutions
- High attention to detail for cleanliness, organization, and safety
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage on-site food vendor operations and kitchen upkeep
- Deliver a seamless visitor experience from arrival through departure
- Maintain office and garage ambiance, aesthetics, and organization
- Plan and execute internal events, menus, and surprise-and-delight experiences
- Support space planning, moves, and communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Workplace Backend, Facilities, and IT to resolve tickets and operational issues
- Manage and hold external vendors accountable for service quality and costs
- Document and improve processes and SOPs for workplace operations
- Kick off workplace projects, handle requests, and track ticket resolution
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
