What You'll Do:
- Assist clients in booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, and more
- Provide expert recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and travel trends
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner
- Ensure travel plans comply with company policies and client requirements
- Stay up-to-date on travel restrictions, visa information, and industry trends
