Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve product workflows, project plans, and tracking tools.
- Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) from initiation through closure.
- Translate design and technical requirements into detailed action plans and schedules.
- Attend design reviews and track decisions and action items.
- Organize and maintain all technical product documentation including BOMs and installation guides.
- Coordinate preparation of technical drawings and prototypes with internal and external teams.
- Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Manufacturing departments.
- Maintain compliance documentation and monitor project budgets and vendor payments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product development, operations, engineering, or related field.
