- 8+ years product management with finance technology, enterprise software, or data products
- Deep finance domain knowledge in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, financial close, and operations
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, especially large language models
- Technical proficiency with SQL, Python, and data analysis tools
- Proven ability leading cross-functional teams involving Finance, Engineering, and Data Science
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven development and deployment of finance process automation including financial close, reconciliations, expense management, and reporting
- Define and execute product strategy for finance technology balancing innovation, compliance, and operational excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, and Data Science teams to prioritize and implement AI-powered solutions
- Analyze finance workflows to identify inefficiencies and design Claude-based solutions for process optimization
- Champion user-centered design to create intuitive AI-enhanced interfaces for finance professionals
- Work with data teams to integrate financial data supporting AI model accuracy and automation
- Manage change through training and communication to ensure adoption of AI finance tools
- Establish KPIs and success metrics measuring AI impact on finance operations and business outcomes
- Communicate progress and value of AI finance initiatives to senior leadership
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
