We are seeking a Web Marketing Manager to own our website strategy and execution with a focus on improving demo request conversion rates and growing qualified opportunities sourced from web.

Design and execute continuous multivariate and A/B testing on copy, creative, messaging, CTA placement, and page layouts to maximize conversion performance.
Analyze website funnel to identify conversion bottlenecks and develop testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
Optimize forms, page speed, and mobile experience to reduce friction and improve conversion rates across all devices.
Build and maintain dashboards to track key website metrics including visitor-to-demo conversion rates, qualified lead volume, and test results.
Leverage analytics tools, heatmaps, and user feedback to understand visitor behavior and inform optimization strategies.
5 years experience in website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or digital marketing with focus on website performance in B2B SaaS.
Strong expertise in A/B testing and multivariate testing methodology with hands-on experience using platforms like Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or Unbounce.
Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow) and comfort with HTML/CSS to implement tests and page updates independently.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, landing page design best practices, and how design impacts conversion performance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional marketing teams and design to create high-converting page experiences and test variations.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret test results, calculate statistical significance, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
