We are seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to lead our experimentation framework and drive aggressive growth strategy. This role will own a data-driven testing culture, identify and scale new acquisition channels, and optimize our entire customer funnel to accelerate revenue growth.

In this role, you will

  • Own end-to-end experimentation framework, including quarterly test roadmaps with clear hypotheses, prioritization, execution, and analysis to drive continuous optimization.

  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels across paid, organic, and emerging platforms while rapidly deprecating underperforming initiatives.

  • Conduct funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks and design experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) across landing pages, messaging, and user flows to maximize performance.

  • Partner with Marketing & Sales teams to translate experiment learnings into scalable growth strategies and ensure alignment on priorities.

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics including CAC by channel, conversion rates, funnel performance, and experiment velocity.

  • Analyze cohort behavior and channel performance to inform strategic decisions on budget allocation and growth investments.

  • Stay current on growth marketing trends and competitive landscape to identify new testing opportunities.

What excites us

  • Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing analytics in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven track record designing and executing successful growth experiments with measurable impact on acquisition and conversion.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experiment design. Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hubpost, etc.

  • Comfort with SQL and spreadsheet modeling to independently extract, analyze, and present data.

  • Growth mindset with bias toward action, curiosity, and resilience to learn from both successful and failed experiments.
