We are seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to lead our experimentation framework and drive aggressive growth strategy. This role will own a data-driven testing culture, identify and scale new acquisition channels, and optimize our entire customer funnel to accelerate revenue growth.
Own end-to-end experimentation framework, including quarterly test roadmaps with clear hypotheses, prioritization, execution, and analysis to drive continuous optimization.
Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels across paid, organic, and emerging platforms while rapidly deprecating underperforming initiatives.
Conduct funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks and design experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) across landing pages, messaging, and user flows to maximize performance.
Partner with Marketing & Sales teams to translate experiment learnings into scalable growth strategies and ensure alignment on priorities.
Build and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics including CAC by channel, conversion rates, funnel performance, and experiment velocity.
Analyze cohort behavior and channel performance to inform strategic decisions on budget allocation and growth investments.
Stay current on growth marketing trends and competitive landscape to identify new testing opportunities.
Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing analytics in B2B SaaS.
Proven track record designing and executing successful growth experiments with measurable impact on acquisition and conversion.
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experiment design. Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hubpost, etc.
Comfort with SQL and spreadsheet modeling to independently extract, analyze, and present data.
Growth mindset with bias toward action, curiosity, and resilience to learn from both successful and failed experiments.
