We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to scale the impact of marketing across the organization. This role will partner closely with Marketing, SDR, Sales, and GTM Ops teams to streamline processes, optimize our marketing technology stack, and ensure that marketing efforts are executed with operational excellence and clear attribution.
Responsibilities
Support marketing operations strategy and execution, including intake request management, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of operational initiatives.
Partner with Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams to understand business needs, translate them into operational requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Identify and implement workflow improvements across lead routing, campaign management, attribution, and reporting to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Oversee the GTM stack including Hubspot, Salesforce, ChiliPiper, Clay, Keyplay, and Unify, ensuring tools are optimized to support campaigns, attribution, and lead flow.
Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of new marketing technologies and automation tools to improve execution, reporting, and prospecting workflows.
Train and enable Marketing and GTM teams to maximize adoption and impact of marketing operations tools and processes.
Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to provide actionable insights on campaign performance, lead quality, funnel metrics, and marketing attribution.
Capabilities
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience with core marketing tech stack: Salesforce, Hubspot, or other marketing automation platforms. Experience with ChiliPiper, Clay, Keyplay, and Unify is a plus.
Strong process orientation with proven track record of workflow optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience applying automation and AI tools to improve marketing execution, reporting, or prospecting workflows.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
