- Strong systems-level testing and verification expertise
- MBSE and model-based traceability (Cameo preferred)
- Experience with military qualification standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461)
- Test automation and data analysis
- Understanding of hardware-software integration and FPGA or hardware designs
- Technical briefing and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, designs, and tests to ensure product compliance.
- Design, implement, and maintain detailed test cases and procedures based on system requirements.
- Assess system test coverage using MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler).
- Coordinate program-level testing activities and communicate status with cross-functional POCs.
- Work collaboratively with hardware and software teams to assess impact of design changes through prototype to production.
- Perform performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis for evaluation campaigns.
- Build and integrate system models using stakeholder requirements and interface documentation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (software, electrical, systems) or related technical field preferred
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
