Skills
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and system-level reasoning
- 10+ years writing production code in languages such as Python, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript
- Proficient with React and JavaScript/TypeScript for UI/frontend work
- Experience building data processing and analysis pipelines
- Ability to quickly understand and work within complex, established codebases
- Experience integrating software with robotics, autonomy, or embedded systems
- Active U.S. Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Own, design, and deliver software solutions deployed to customers for air defense systems
- Write reliable, maintainable code to scale mission capability across products
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and mission teams to plan, build, and test complex features
- Create and analyze metrics, logging, and telemetry for debugging and monitoring
- Triage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate remediation
- Partner with end users to translate field needs into practical, safe features
- Support deployments and field testing, traveling up to 30% to build and sustain systems
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent industry experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred for specialized modeling or research roles
