Skills
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience
- Proficiency in object‑oriented languages (Python, C#, Java, Go, .NET, or similar)
- Experience building single‑page applications (Angular, React, or similar)
- Database experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar)
- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines
- Experience architecting systems, profiling, and improving application performance
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation
- Comfort working in operations/manufacturing or mission‑critical environments
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain software and business processes for change and risk management
- Create new applications and prototypes to improve operational efficiency across production, test, and launch
- Own full software development lifecycle: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production, supply chain, mission ops, and management
- Profile and improve application performance; ensure reliability and scalability of systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Drive product decisions by deeply understanding user workflows and operational requirements
- Support release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or scientific discipline, OR 2+ years of professional software experience in lieu of a degree
