Skills
- Experience integrating hardware systems and automated test equipment
- Hands-on experience automating RF test equipment and RF test flows
- Strong software development and test automation experience (Python required)
- Experience with automated regression testing and CI/CD for test code
- Familiarity with configuration management and deterministic builds
- Ability to collaborate across RF, firmware, and manufacturing teams
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance
Responsibilities
- Define and implement automated systems for development and production testing of EW hardware and firmware.
- Integrate RF test instruments (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, etc.) with test automation infrastructure.
- Design and implement software interfaces and product features to enable end-to-end automated testing.
- Collaborate with RF, digital, and manufacturing engineers to develop production test procedures and flow.
- Apply deterministic build and configuration management practices to guarantee software traceability and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain automated regression tests and CI/CD pipelines for test software and integrations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Relevant industry experience integrating hardware and developing test automation may substitute for formal degree
