Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical strategy for stablecoin infrastructure covering transfers, issuance, rewards, and integrations
- Architect reusable core services and APIs for compliant, reliable asset movement across chains and external providers
- Lead cross-team projects to improve performance, observability, security, and developer experience
- Mentor engineers at all levels and elevate engineering best practices across teams
- Own reliability, security, and scalability through sound software design, testing, and deployment practices
- Optimize blockchain infrastructure to reduce latency and improve operational efficiency
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and compliance stakeholders to deliver production-ready systems
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred but not required
