Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Mechanical Casting

- Mechanical casting manufacturing expertise
- Knowledge of IPC standards, CAD, and GD&T
- Supplier quality and industrialization experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 50% and work onsite
Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical casting categories and execute supplier production strategies from development to full production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams and directly with suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier production capabilities and support supplier quality adherence to set criteria.
- Oversee new production tooling, capacity expansion, and ramp-up activities at supplier sites.
- Drive process performance reviews, product/process improvements, and cost reduction at suppliers.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions in coordination with SQE and Supply Chain teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
