- Proven experience leading air vehicle programs from concept to customer delivery.

- Effective troubleshooting of remotely deployed systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and programmatic execution of air vehicle system design, fabrication, testing, and sustainment.
- Establish technical vision and assemble teams of internal and external experts to drive program success.
- Conduct early design trades and coordinate with SMEs and business development for capability solutions.
- Manage detailed system and subsystem design including requirements, optimization, and risk management.
- Coordinate prototype fabrication, low-rate production, and system-level test efforts.
- Support remote deployed system operations and collaborate with senior leadership on resource planning.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
