- Supplier quality and industrialization expertise with manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage battery category supplier production strategies from new product introduction to full production.
- Evaluate and qualify suppliers including factory capabilities and workforce for supplier approval.
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers to enforce quality standards and criteria at supplier sites.
- Oversee tooling, process development, and capacity expansion at supplier locations to meet quality and demand goals.
- Drive process control reviews and implement product/process improvements to reduce costs and defects.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions in partnership with Supply Chain and Suppliers.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related technical field.
