- Engineering background in controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and contribute ideas within a small, cross-functional team
- Prototype and deliver state-of-the-art software solutions in an agile environment
- Implement high-performance software spanning tactical systems, simulations, and web applications
- Use modeling, simulation, and analysis tools to quantify and validate algorithmic benefits
- Engage directly with customers to ensure mission success and incorporate feedback
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, optimization, and deployment
- Document work and communicate methods and results clearly to colleagues and stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Transcripts requested as part of early application to validate technical coursework; unofficial transcripts acceptable
- Graduate degree (MS/PhD) preferred for research-heavy roles but not required
