Senior Radio Frequency Test & Integration Engineer, Electronic Warfare
Skills
- Proficient with multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers
- Comfortable with Linux CLI, shell scripting, and common debug utilities
- Experience with Python or MATLAB for data parsing, analysis, and test automation
- Strong root cause analysis and data-driven debugging skills
- Ability to travel for remote site testing, integration, and commissioning
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain electrical system test strategies and test plans for EW and RF products
- Characterize wireless communication systems and devices in lab and field environments
- Perform integration testing of RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded and application software
- Analyze failures from integration and system testing and drive root cause investigations
- Develop, procure, and maintain test equipment and test standards
- Support and perform field, ground, and flight testing as liaison for system integration and commissioning
- Automate tests to improve coverage, reproducibility, and repeatability
- Facilitate calibration, durability, and environmental testing per test plans
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
