- Proficient with multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VNAs
- Comfortable using Linux command line and shell scripting
- Experience with Python or MATLAB for data parsing, analysis, and automation
- Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Able to travel ~50% and support remote site integration and commissioning
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Hold and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain electrical system test strategies and detailed test plans for RF and Electronic Warfare products
- Characterize wireless communication systems and devices in lab and field environments
- Perform integration testing of subassemblies and complete systems (RF, digital hardware, firmware, embedded and application software)
- Analyze failures from integration and system testing and drive root cause investigations
- Facilitate calibration, durability, environmental, and performance testing per test plans
- Design, develop, or procure test equipment and maintain test standards to support readiness
- Support and perform ground and flight field testing; act as liaison during remote test events
- Leverage data analysis tools to reproduce and characterize failures and improve coverage
- Automate tests to improve reproducibility, repeatability, and test coverage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field required
- Advanced degree (MS) in a related field preferred
