Skills
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and dashboarding
- Familiarity with Typescript, PLTR Foundry, and MS VBA for tooling and integrations
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Manufacturing strategy, lean principles, and Six Sigma experience
- Ability to translate data insights into operational changes and present to leadership
- Experience with capacity planning, KPIs, and production metrics
Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to define and implement strategies that increase productivity, reduce costs, and raise quality.
- Analyze production metrics, process flows, yield, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities and quantify impact.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, and reports to drive accountability and decision-making.
- Support new product development from a manufacturability and cost perspective, including early-stage DFM feedback.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) and facilitate cross-functional process improvements.
- Provide capacity planning and workforce recommendations to ensure scalable operations.
- Document manufacturing processes, playbooks, and strategy artifacts for repeatability and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices and tooling into manufacturing operations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field required
- Master’s degree (MS Engineering or MBA) preferred
