- Debugging custom hardware and hardware bring-up experience
- Experience with enterprise build and deployment systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Embedded Linux image building and release engineering
- Familiarity with Nix/NixOS and functional-package-management workflows (preferred)
- Linux kernel and driver knowledge for embedded platforms
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with electrical, FPGA, and systems engineers to bring up NixOS on custom hardware platforms
- Design and implement image-building and deployment pipelines for embedded Linux targets
- Develop and maintain enterprise build, CI/CD, and software supply-chain tooling for EW software
- Debug hardware/software interactions and support kernel modules or custom drivers as needed
- Define and drive roadmap for build, deployment, and CI processes to streamline delivery to customers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on experience in embedded systems and Linux development
