Responsibilities
- Lead and manage front-line production team members including training and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and drive continuous process improvements
- Implement quality control processes and drive reductions in variability
- Collaborate with production planning to meet production schedules and demand
- Refine process instructions and ensure adherence through training
- Evaluate and improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs
- Coordinate with maintenance to optimize production equipment utilization
- Leverage data-driven tools like SPC and KPIs to drive accountability and problem-solving
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
