- MRP/ERP/MES experience (NetSuite, Oracle or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Experience with production logistics and inventory control
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Able to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to next work centers
- Coordinate physical movement of parts across receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, and production resources
- Ensure parts are handled and protected per company specifications
- Maintain and clean MRP/ERP/MES data and assist in resolving incorrect system data
- Analyze production data, develop metrics, and produce reports for internal and customer use
- Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership on a regular basis
- Identify blockers, assist in root cause analysis for shortages, and support corrective actions
- Support logistics and staging to optimize workflow and material certifications management
- Assist with purchase requisition creation, inventory purges, and return-to-stock actions
- Work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as required
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate required
