Principal RF Test Automation Engineer, Electronic Warfare
Skills
- Experience integrating hardware systems and automated test equipment.
- Proven background automating RF test equipment and RF measurement workflows.
- Strong software test experience including automated regression testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python for test scripting, orchestration, and automation.
- Familiarity with build systems, configuration management, and software traceability practices.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Define and build end-to-end automated development and production testing systems for EW products.
- Integrate RF test equipment with software test infrastructure and develop control/measurement interfaces.
- Collaborate with product, RF, digital, and manufacturing engineers to specify and implement test requirements.
- Implement deterministic build and configuration management workflows to ensure traceability and reproducible deployments.
- Develop automated regression and production test suites to validate hardware and firmware releases.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant technical discipline preferred but not required.
