Senior Wargaming Operations Analyst – Active Clearance
Skills
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance (must maintain)
- Military mission MS&A experience (OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, Long-Range Fires)
- Platform and payload MS&A experience (aero, fuel, signature, radar, EO/IR, comms, weapons)
- 2+ years DoD M&S scripting experience (AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE, etc.)
- Proficiency with physics/math scripting (MATLAB, SIMULINK, Python + NumPy/SciPy)
- Outstanding communication and visual presentation skills
- 5+ years in relevant science or engineering field; must be a U.S. Person
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Operations Analysts to develop wargaming capabilities on the Anduril Mission Sim platform
- Design and implement physics-based models and scenarios for wargaming exercises
- Translate stakeholder needs into rigorous analytical approaches and clear, actionable findings
- Leverage internal modeling, simulation, and analysis tools to provide competitive advantage
- Support demonstrations and experiments used for Business Development and Engineering
- Communicate complex technical analysis visually and verbally to technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify operational problems and implement robust, high-quality solutions
Education
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant Science or Engineering field (BSc.)
- Graduate degrees (MSc or PhD) in relevant disciplines are valued
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of advanced degrees
