Skills
- Demonstrated experience planning, developing, and delivering technical training
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience with instructional design and multiple training modalities (hands-on, CBT, simulations)
- Comfortable representing the company at remote and expeditionary customer sites
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work in variable operational environments
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute expeditionary delivery of training for Anduril products at customer locations and test sites
- Lead classroom and hands-on instruction, including instruction in Hazard Zone locations
- Design and maintain training curricula across presentations, practicals, computer-based training, and simulations
- Create and manage training collateral and ensure materials stay current with product updates
- Support global customers through proactive communications and detail-oriented execution
- Participate in development of simulation tools and training resources to improve learning outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations to capture updates
- Capture customer feedback, identify pain points, and inform product and feature development
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Instructional design, training, or related certifications a plus
- Military or government training experience preferred (not required)
