Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing software strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, software, operations) to align the manufacturing software roadmap with business objectives.
- Drive adoption of ProductionOS and other manufacturing tools, owning the feedback loop between end users and developers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, standard work, and best practices for manufacturing software use.
- Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices to keep processes and tools current.
- Analyze production workflows and system interfaces to identify opportunities for automation and integration.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, User Experience Design, or related field
