Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a financial plan for the global real estate footprint supporting distributed workforce and manufacturing operations.
- Conduct market research and maintain ongoing portfolio analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with occupancy planning, HR, and business leaders to align leasing strategy with short- and long-term needs.
- Own key real estate tools and documents including LOI and lease standards, sales forecasting, and pipeline management systems.
- Manage critical dates, vendor costs, and collaborate with accounting, finance, and legal to ensure accurate forecasting and transaction documentation.
- Develop and manage project budgets and financial forecasts for acquisitions, leases, and construction projects; enforce cost control measures.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and manage a team of real estate and facilities professionals and oversee external consultants and vendors.
- Create business cases, pipeline tracking, and Quarterly Business Reviews to communicate strategy and progress.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulations relevant to the defense industry.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree or MBA in business, real estate finance, or related field (preferred)
