Enterprise Systems Sustainment Program Manager

- Experience building sustainment/support models for software or enterprise platforms
- Systems thinking with ability to map upstream/downstream impacts
- Strong written and verbal communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Cross-functional coordination with product, engineering, enablement, and third-party consultants
- Change management, issue triage, and governance experience
- KPI definition, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with ERP or large enterprise platform implementations
- Experience in hardware development or operations-heavy industries
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the post-go-live sustainment plan for the ERP product suite, ensuring stability and iterative improvements
- Lead hypercare efforts immediately post-go-live and manage transition to continuous sustainment
- Serve as central coordinator between enterprise systems product teams, business process architects, and enablement teams
- Establish governance, workflows, and triage processes for issues, enhancement requests, and change management
- Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure scalable, integrated workflows across ERP and adjacent systems
- Partner with technical leads to align enhancement roadmaps with systems architecture and constraints
- Monitor adoption, identify enablement gaps, and coordinate training and documentation updates
- Define, track, and report KPIs for post-implementation success, sustainability, and business impact
- Proactively monitor software performance and address issues before they impact users
- Act as escalation point for complex support cases and ensure data integrity and compliance for key milestones
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of formal degree
