We’re looking for a Senior Partnership Implementation Lead to own the end-to-end execution of strategic partnerships with Made’s largest national partners. You’ll be the primary point of contact for senior partner stakeholders, manage complex implementation programs, and report directly to Made’s leadership team on partner progress, risks, and opportunities. This role is designed for someone who has successfully led enterprise client or partner onboarding, thrives at managing executive-level relationships, and wants to build scalable processes for partnership success.
Partnership Leadership: Own the full execution of partnership launches and ongoing programs with national lenders, servicers, and home service providers.
Executive Contact: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for senior partner stakeholders, building strong, trusted relationships.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive coordination across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver on complex partner requirements.
Program Management: Develop and oversee detailed implementation timelines, track progress, and escalate issues to leadership.
Process Leadership: Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for onboarding and managing partnerships at scale.
Leadership Reporting: Provide regular updates to Made’s leadership team on partner performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
Continuous Improvement: Gather and synthesize feedback from partners and internal teams to refine processes and strengthen collaboration.
Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level team members, helping to build the foundation for a partnerships function that scales with the company.
7–10+ years of experience in partnership management, client success, or implementation at a high-growth company.
Proven track record of leading enterprise partner implementations or complex client onboarding.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes relationships simultaneously.
Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong cross-functional experience working with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
Comfortable presenting to internal leadership and external executives.
Experience in fintech, real estate, mortgage, or home services.
Familiarity with regulated industries and compliance-heavy environments.
Experience scaling partnership processes in early- or mid-stage startups.
Background in consulting, client services, or enterprise sales support.
Personal passion for credit cards, rewards, or homeownership.
You’ll be at the center of delivering on Made’s most strategic partnerships. This role comes with high visibility to company leadership and external executives, giving you the chance to shape how Made works with its largest partners from day one. As the senior lead, you’ll also play a critical role in developing processes, mentoring teammates, and laying the groundwork for a partnerships function that scales with our rapid growth.
Base Compensation Band: $140,000–$160,000 (determined by experience, qualifications, and location)
