Responsibilities
- Lead technical and programmatic execution of air vehicle systems design, fabrication, testing, productization, and sustainment.
- Establish technical and programmatic vision and assemble expert teams.
- Coordinate detailed system and subsystem design, including trades, risk management, and optimization.
- Manage prototype fabrication and low-rate production testing efforts.
- Support remotely deployed system operations.
- Ensure adequate resource planning with senior leadership.
- Travel up to 50% to customer and test sites.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
