- Experience troubleshooting remotely deployed systems
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
- Willingness to travel ~30% to customers and test sites
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and programmatic execution of air vehicle design, fabrication, test, and productization
- Own program vision, assemble and lead cross-functional teams of internal and external SMEs
- Establish and manage requirements, subsystem trades, optimization, and risk management
- Coordinate fabrication of prototypes and low-rate production articles and lead system-level test
- Drive vehicle layout, airframe and propulsion design and integration, guidance and payload/datalink integration
- Support remote deployed operations and field troubleshooting of systems
- Collaborate with business development and leadership to align technical solutions with customer needs and resource plans
- Perform trade studies and guide early conceptual design through to flight and fleet operations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Software engineering or equivalent experience
- Equivalent relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
