- Proficient in C#, experience with WPF and desktop UI frameworks
- Experience with C/C++ and Go
- Strong background in UI/UX component design and optimization
- Experience processing and analyzing large or real-time data streams
- Systems integration and working within complex, established codebases
- Debugging, instrumentation, and metrics-driven troubleshooting
- Ability to design solutions for operational, mission-critical environments
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and ability to maintain it
Responsibilities
- Lead development efforts and technical direction for a small software team
- Own end-to-end delivery of software solutions deployed to customers
- Write and review production-quality code to improve product capability and scalability
- Design, create, and analyze metrics for debugging, monitoring, and operational health
- Work with end-users to convert requirements into usable features while balancing UX and engineering constraints
- Mentor and guide engineers on scope, design, and technical approach
- Triage operational issues, root-cause failures, and coordinate remediation and next steps
- Make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs to meet mission timelines with high quality
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (required)
