We're looking for a Front-End Engineer to lead the architecture and development of critical internal and external applications. You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders to build high-performance interfaces and modernize legacy front-ends. The role centers on React, Redux, and TypeScript, with bonus points for experience in custom UI frameworks, data visualization (e.g., Chart.js), or publishing reusable packages to NPM. Familiarity with React Native is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of front-end applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Refactor and modernize legacy interfaces to improve performance, maintainability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with designers to turn high-fidelity mockups into polished responsive interfaces.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and deliver features across product areas.
• Contribute to internal tools, reusable component libraries, and shared front-end packages (via NPM)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience developing production-grade front-end applications with React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), front-end architecture, and state management patterns.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and browser debugging tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React Native or mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with D3.js or other data visualization libraries.
• Knowledge of AWS Amplify or similar cloud-based front-end hosting platforms.
• Understanding of front-end CI/CD pipelines and build tooling (e.g., Vite, Webpack, GitHub Actions).
• Contributions to shared component libraries, design systems, or open-source front-end tools.

Salary

• $130,000-$170,000 Base Salary+Equity

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.
