- Pilot plant design, operation, and testwork analysis
- Large-scale industrial process design, commissioning, and operations support
- Metallurgical processing knowledge (hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, mineral processing) preferred
- Equipment sizing and linking testwork to plant implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Hands-on, self-motivated problem-solving in production environments
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable processes
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams for new plant and equipment development
- Design, operate, and analyze testwork and pilot plant campaigns
- Develop and refine process flowsheets and perform trade-off studies
- Perform process modeling and equipment sizing linking testwork to full-scale implementation
- Support process plant installation, commissioning, and ramp-up activities
- Troubleshoot and solve complex chemical and metallurgical processing problems
Education
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field (required)
- M.S. in relevant discipline (preferred)
