- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
- 2+ years of supply chain experience, including technical/hardware procurement
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Purchase order creation and management experience
- Supplier coordination and performance management
- Order tracking and expediting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program requirements
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships; monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery, and pricing issues
- Track and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules
- Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve supply chain disruptions and quality concerns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with project needs
- Maintain accurate procurement records, track KPIs, and identify process improvement opportunities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field (required)
