- Hands-on experience with wet lab chemical operations

- Experience operating and maintaining common lab equipment
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with equipment and assemblies
- Physical ability for frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive hand work
- Strict adherence to safety procedures for energetic materials
Responsibilities
- Perform mixing, casting, and preparation of energetic and inert chemical formulations
- Collect, prepare, and document samples for destructive and non-destructive testing
- Set up, maintain, and operate laboratory equipment and measuring instruments
- Accurately record experimental and production data; perform data entry
- Follow established safety procedures for energetic operations and chemical handling
- Assist with assembly and hardware preparation related to rocket motor manufacturing
- Support other job-related duties as assigned in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Education
- Associate's degree in general science OR
- Minimum 2 years of wet lab and chemical handling experience
